  • At our school, children are eligible to apply to join us from their 3rd birthday onwards. For those parents who are eligible for working entitlement funding (30 hours) and who also have a valid funding code (that has a start date within the prior term before starting with us), we can usually claim from the day they turn 3.

    For parents not eligible for working parent entitlement (30 hours) we can offer universal places (15 hours per week) with your child joining us in the term after they turn 3.

     

    If you wish your child to join us on a paid for basis, this can also be arranged should you wish your child to start before their funding starts.

     

    Please note, our provision is term time only.

    Our provision operates Monday to Friday, and we offer both term time only places and a stretch option of 48 weeks per year. 

    Please note that for stretch 48-week places, our provision closes for two weeks at the end of August and December each year.

    Children are eligible to join our school from the September after their 3rd birthday, in line with the academic year. Please only complete this form if your child is due to turn 3 before 1st September.
    If you are looking to join the waiting list for the current academic year, please email the school office on office@stjames.tgacademy.org.uk and we will send you a link to the application form.
